Word on the street is that there is a new HOWL’S MOVING CASTLE story coming out tomorrow, February 28th. Unknown if it’ll involve the cast of characters, or that glorious castle, all that’s been mentioned is that it’ll take place in the world of Howl’s.
Now here comes the bad news. This won’t be a sequel film, or another animated production. Instead, it’s being reported that it’ll take the form of a 56-page, full color, illustrated book. This book will be written by Shion Miura, with contributions from Takuya Kimura, the Japanese voice of Howl.
And the bad news continues, this launch will be exclusively available at Ghibli Park. So, if you’re headed to Japan and could pick me up a copy, I’d love you forever! Haha.
Though I personally may not be able to get the book. Definitely curious what additional stories would tell in the world of HOWL’S MOVING CASTLE.
