Everyone’s still digesting news and announcements from DC’s FanDome last Saturday. But one of the things that came out of it, was concept art for Barry Allen’s new look in the upcoming FLASH movie.

It’s funny, the DC and Warner Bros. slowly seem to be figuring out this movie formula for their characters, especially in a shared universe context, this concept art has been thinking of the GREEN LANTERN movie.
And SWEET JESUS, please don’t let this be the GREEN LANTERN. Haha.
As some of you may know, the FLASH movie is set to take elements from the Flashpoint storyline in the comics. That is to say some time travel, and dipping into DC’s famous “multiverse” will happen.
On rumor is that the powers that be are looking at this movie as a reset for the DCEU, given that, despite its successes, there has been a number of misses trying to catch up to the MCU. Hopefully that will be the case.
The FLASH movie is set to begin production in 2021, with release in 2022.
