As I alluded to earlier, not a lot seems known about this movie. What little I could find in terms of plot details comes from IMDB…
A young girl named Mija risks everything to prevent a powerful, multi-national company from kidnapping her best friend – a massive animal named Okja.
But if the trailer is any indication, it looks like we can expect some deep, and engaging story. Much in the same way SNOWPIERCER grab us.
OKJA starts streaming on Netflix on June 28th,
