MINX<\/a> IS ON NETFLIX<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re not familiar, during the COVID pandemic we saw a lot of cancellations in TV as things started to open back up. Even shows that were renewed for a new season, still ended up being cancelled. One that comes to mind is STUMPTOWN<\/a>, starring Cobie Smulders, based on the comic by Greg Rucka<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fantastic\u2026 be crime, mystery\u2026 heck, noir drama\u2026 I mean, you get the idea. But it was a great series on ABC. And the powers that be at the network seemed to agree too, as the series was renewed for a second season. But sadly, with the pandemic, the network took back their renewal. A movie that a few other networks did as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One among them, and probably the most fierce, HBO. They were among the renew then cancel people, also just cancelling popular shows\u2026 but not only that, removing seasons altogether from their streaming service, HBO Max. Arguably the driving reason behind this was cost-saving from the CEO, David Zaslav, then simply a COVID related response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But that\u2019s a whole other story and getting a little off track. Specifically with HBO, one show that was renewed & cancelled, a great little underdog story, MINX. Check out the trailer below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
