These days, outside of current gen XBOX and Playstation being impossible to find, the majority of my friends are all into PC gaming. And with that, I\u2019m sure a lot of you know, building a PC gaming rig is by no means a cheap endeavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But looks like that might be changing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introducing Valve\u2019s Steam Deck, a sexy little PC gaming handheld and I think I\u2019m love. First thing you\u2019ll probably notice is that it has a similar form factor to the Nintendo Switch, which I\u2019m totally down with. I think Nintendo hit it right with that console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See Sony, you CAN have a handheld with analog sticks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But under the hood, it reportedly has all the functionality of a full gaming PC, features a version of Valve\u2019s StreamOS, and a console type interface to access &amp; manage your Steam store and library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of tech specs, here\u2019s a rundown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>7-inch, 1280&#215;800 resolution, 60hz LCD screen<\/li><li>Custom AMD APU featuring a 4-core, 8-thread CPU paired with 8 RDNA 2 compute units for the GPU<\/li><li>16 GBs of LPDDR5 RAM<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And to top it all off, it\u2019ll be Bluetooth enabled so you can connect all your accessories, even an external display for your gaming experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Steam Deck will come in 3 models, starting at $399. Though it doesn\u2019t sound like it has a firm release date, sounds like it\u2019ll hit sometime this year in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But what do you think about this?
