Composer, instrumentalist, and all-around BAD ASS musician, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm12646692\/?ref_=fn_al_nm_2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yoko Kanno<\/a> is going to score Netflix\u2019s upcoming live-action adaptation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0213338\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COWBOY BEBOP<\/a>. Those of you who don\u2019t know, Kano and her band, <a href=\"https:\/\/cowboybebop.fandom.com\/wiki\/The_Seatbelts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEATBELTS<\/a>, provided the awesome, jazz-infused jams to the beloved anime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The news is coming from <a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.com\/anime-legend-yoko-kanno-will-return-to-compose-netflixs-1847054926?fbclid=IwAR3N2Byk2GWsu6-cOE4Cd5zV9V_2yIeFky6qf2863ffM37YIILppzPFCzmA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">io9<\/a>, from Netflix\u2019s tweet during the streamer\u2019s recent <em>Geeked Week. <\/em>But I won\u2019t lie, feel like a bit of a failed otaku here. Came across BEBOP back when VHS was a thing, and Suncoast was the place you went to for your anime. But when the live-action BEBOP was announced, didn\u2019t even occur to me to think about the music. I know, I should turn in my otaku card! Haha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But even still, I couldn\u2019t be more excited about this news!
