Okay, potentially unpopular opinion, when THE CLONE WARS animated series premiered back in the day, didn’t dig it. Just didn’t click. Couldn’t keep watching, so I stopped. And when it was cancelled, I was all, “Not surprised.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was too much “prequel”, not enough “OG theatrical trilogy” that I remembered. Kinda like the Warchowski’s SPEED RACER. I dug it. But it was too much SPY KIDS 3D, and not enough WIPEOUT XL. If it was more of the latter, I bet you would’ve done so much better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But getting off-track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fast forward to today… or was it 2019? COVID got everything a blur… but when it came back, I was all, “Okay… I’ll give it another shot.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…you know, as I write that, definitely, “fast forward to today”. I mean, when the pandemic hit, NEEDED ME some content in quarantine! Only way I could think I was gonna push through the early episodes that made me drop the series. Haha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But let me tell you, I’m glad I did push through. Because the way that series ended was FANTASTIC! Especially those last 4 episodes. Almost made me like the prequels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But where am I going with all of this? Well, outside of the ending, one of my favorite moments in THE CLONE WARS was DEFINITELY The Bad Batch… and guess what, it’s coming to Disney+ as a new animated series!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
