Okay, to be fair, he’s already been there having worked on THE MANDALORIAN… BUT if you remember there were rumors made, and rumors denied back in the day the director was in talks to direct a feature film in the STAR WARS Universe… well, looks like that was a whole shell game, because it’s been confirmed: TAIKA WAITITI IS DIRECTING A STAR WARS MOVIE!<\/p>\n

Not only will the fan-favorite director be, well, directing, he will also co-write the movie alongside Kristy Wilson-Cairns (1917).<\/p>\n

Sadly, that’s all that’s known at the moment. But definitely could not be happier about the news! When more details are released, definitely will let you know!<\/p>\n
