So you’ve probably heard by now that Warner Bros. is considering a reboot of THE MATRIX. If the rumors ring true, supposedly they’re in talks with Zak Penn to write the script, and Michael B. Jordan to star. But at this current time, it’s unknown if the Warchowskis will be involved.<\/p>\n

Admittingly, I have mixed emotions about a reboot of THE MATRIX. I mean, the first film in that trilogy was an amazing sci-fi movie! I know, many consider it the greatest… I’m not there. I mean, it’s awesome. But definitely not the greatest. But that shit is up there!<\/p>\n
But yea, definitely mixed emotions about a reboot. I mean, I would love to see more in this universe. But this just seems like a property you don’t want to touch.<\/p>\n
Now, that begs the question if Warner Bros. is thinking straight reboot, or if they’re thinking more of a continuation\/expanded universe, much like Lucasfilm has done with STAR WARS.<\/p>\n
So we’ll see.<\/p>\n
But either way, I’ll be cautiously excited for this should it come to pass.<\/p>\n
