In case you haven’t been following the story, director of the first DEADPOOL movie, Tim Miller, had left the sequel due to “creative differences” with it’s star, Ryan Reynolds. And shortly after, the composer left the project citing Miller’s departure as the reason.<\/p>\n

Among the rumors for Miller’s departure were disagreements on Cable’s casting, as well as the tone for the sequel. But if anything, the future of the sequel seemed uncertain.<\/p>\n

But looks like there’s hope! io9<\/a><\/strong> is reporting that JOHN WICK co-director David Leitch has signed on to direct! And even though the sequel hasn’t started, it sounds like FOX is also ramping up for DEADPOOL 3 as well!<\/p>\n

But I have to say, Leitch is an interesting choice. Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s awesome! But if we’re to believe the rumors for Miller’s departure? Well, as I mentioned, one of the rumors were conflicts of the tone of the movie. That being Miller wanted to go a more stylized route, while Reynolds wanted to continue the raunchy comedy.<\/p>\n

If true, given the stylized AWESOME JOHN WICK was, we’ll see if Leitch remains in the director’s chair!<\/p>\n
