It’s been a long time since I’ve been a regular viewer of FOX’s Family Guy. But much to my surprise, my Social Media Feeds have been a buzz with the news that Brian the dog died on last Sunday’s episode.
That’s right boys and girls, one of the best characters of the show was hit by a car and passed on. And for your consideration, that fateful moment…
Folks over at Blastr.com posted a great little photo. Harry Potter, reading Harry Potter, on the set of Harry Potter.
Just delightful. 😉
Funny to have Samuel L. Jackson’s character talk about America being “robo-phobic” given to the response to a lot of the early leaked pics for this remake. BUT that aside, the first full trailer for ‘RoboCop’ is here!
Check it out!
So apparently the internet has been a buzz with the trailer for the next Call of Duty game dubbed, Ghosts. Honestly, not sure why. Yea, it’s a fun sequence. But it doesn’t show you anything about the game?
Is it just me? Or you should show the product you’re marketing? I don’t know. Oh, and Megan Fox makes a cameo (you can play as a female character in multi-player… actually surprised it took them this long to implement that…).
But yea, ultimately, fun commercial, check it out!
Chances are you’ve already seen this. But 20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past, and it looks AWESOME! It’s definitely great to have Bryan Singer behind the camera again for the X-Men.
But I won’t keep ranting about this, check out the trailer below!
The IMAX poster for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has just been released, and it’s pretty badass. Looking at you, you can kind of make the argument the designer was inspired by the work of Kris Kuksi, and I have to say, it really works here.
I just wish, instead of an illustration/photo composite, they actually went with a sculpture in the vein of the inspiring artist. Or at the very least, some high-end 3D modeling to better give the feeling Kuksi’s work gives off.
But definitely check it out!
What do you guys think?
I loved the first movie, and can’t wait for this sequel. From the poster, we can see that the uniform looks to have shifted back to the utility look of the first movie, and not the spandex styles from The Avengers, which I am totally digging that decision.
But hot on the heels of this poster being released, looks like a trailer will hit tomorrow! Stay tuned ‘Bugs!
I know you all remember that atom bomb gag in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and especially how pretty much no one bought into it. Well, looks like director Steven Spielberg is taking responsibility for it…
I know in Indy 4, you didn’t buy the refrigerator and the atomic bomb… I know! I know! But we tried! We tried! I was pushing the envelope! By the way, I take FULL responsibility for that — that was COMPLETELY my idea! Even Harrison said to me: ‘Nobody is going to buy this!
Personally that didn’t bother so much. I could suspend my disbelief enough to buy into that gag. And, let’s be honest, the “inter-dimensional beings” pretty much overshadowed every suck part of that movie anyway.
