So THE WIL WHEATON PROJECT premiered on  SyFy last night… and it was just, okay. I mean, I liked the format. Though itself, nothing new. A format we’ve seen for years on E! and, shall it rest in peace, G4. Comedic commentary on events in particular niche over the last week, usually set against a greenscreened set.

Joss Whedon Gives a Tribute to Edgar Wright

So it’s no secret that Edgar Wright has left production of MARVEL’s Ant-Man. Which really sucks, fandom aside, just knowing how much time the director had put into the script… it could be said it had been a labor of love for him.

So whatever the reason was, you know the man did not make the decision lightly.

But all that aside. In a move that can only make a geek smile, MARVEL sage Joss Whedon a shout out to the director. See it after the jump.

TRAILER: Woody Allen’s MAGIC IN THE MOONLIGHT

I’ve been a little late to the magic that is Woody Allen. My first film of his being Midnight in Paris. But I have to say ever since, I’ve been a fan, renting and digging out his earlier movies, and eagerly awaiting his latest ones like Blue Jasmine. And much to my excitement and surprise, at least for me, out of no where, a trailer for a new movie has been released.
