So that ‘BIG TROUBLE’ in Development, Not a Remake

I’m sure I was there with every other kid from the ’80s screaming in pain when we heard that Dwayne Johnson was developing a “remake” of BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA. Nothing against The Rock, 9 times out of 10, I have nothing but a fun ass time in his movies… though, you couldn’t pay me to go see RAMPAGE… but let’s just count that the 1 out of 10, haha.

But BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA… well, like any movie a person has an attachment to, there’s always a feeling that it shouldn’t be remade. And for me, BIG TROUBLE is definitely one of those movies.

Well, I got some news kids, Johnson’s movie isn’t a remake. Continue reading So that ‘BIG TROUBLE’ in Development, Not a Remake

So Looks Like the White-Washed ‘DEATH NOTE’ is Getting a Sequel!

So the awful adaptation of the anime, DEATH NOTE, into a live-action movie is getting a sequel! Truth be told, I just couldn’t finish FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM… honestly, I don’t even think I made it through the first third of the movie before losing interest.

If you saw the movie, it was the whole “picked up the wrong suitcase” gag at the movie’s jump. It was all downhill for me from there.

BUT the San Diego Comic-Con took place last week, and in the Warner Brothers’ panel, they debut a new trailer for FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD… and I might have to give the first movie another try.

Check out the trailer below.

SDCC Trailer: ‘SHAZAM!’

I have to admit, when this movie was announced, I was SUPER SKEPTICAL! Nothing against the cast and crew… but we all know Warner Brothers has not had the best track record with DC movies. And the skepticism only grew with set pics that were released.

But I’ll say it, seeing the first trailer from San Diego, eating a little crow, because SHAZAM! looks like loads of fun!

Check out the trailer below!
