Looks like DC isn’t done with 52 changes just yet…

That’s right boys and girls. Looks like LOBO is getting an overhaul. And if you’ve been reading DC, and are thinking, “Didn’t he already show up in the new 52?!”

Yes he has. But looks like that guy is a fake, and what the story is actually about.

According to DC Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras, he has the following to say about the new Lobo…

This Lobo is equal parts strong, vicious, and driven. There’s a darker and more logical idea about what a force of nature like him is capable of. After all, this is someone who can infiltrate high society, fly a space ship, and adhere to a very specific moral code that’s not your typical anti-hero one. Oh, and, this one-shot takes place very far away from Earth. And when I say very far away, I mean it takes place literally on the other side of the galaxy.

Stars Come Out for Autism…

Katy Perry took the stage for Comedy Central’s benefit Night of Too Many Stars benefiting autism. But Perry didn’t take center stage, that honor went to Jodi DiPiazza, an autistic girl who made a breakthrough through music. Jodi joined Perry on “Firework”, playing piano and singing with Perry in front of a huge audience at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.

The special airs on Comedy Central on October 21st.

FIRST LOOK! ’70s X-Men from DAYS OF FUTURE PAST…

70sDaysofFuturePast

Check out this official pic from director, Bryan Singer’s, X-Men: Days of Future Past, the fan-favorite, time-travelling storyarc from the comics. Clearly in this pic, we’re in the ’70s, with a de-BEAST-ified Hank McCoy, Hippy Professor X, and everyone’s favorite mutant, Wolverine.

One could only speculate what’s happening. But however this shakes out? I personally can’t wait. With Singer having produced First Class, and one could only assume has input on The Wolverine, both in the story and post-credits scene… Feels like Singer is trying to fix the ship Brett Ratner broke, and thank god.

Probably the Best Thing You’ll See All Week…

COLBERT

…and you’re welcome. 😉

Well here’s the skinny the group, Daft Punk was scheduled to appear on the fan-favorite talk show, The Colbert Report, as part of their, the anti-establishment, convention-destroying rock and roll ethos brought to you by Hyundai series.

But the mad-beat duo had to cancel at the last minute due to a contract commitment they had with MTV. So in true Colbert fashion, he figured something out.
